Julian has over twenty two years of experience in various construction, design and management roles, developing expertise in the delivery of nearshore marine construction projects. As both a contractor and a designer, Julian has worked with high profile clients including Rio Tinto and BHP, Tier 1 Contractors and government departments. As Managing Director of Geomarine, Julian heads up a highly experienced and professional team of personnel focussed on the development and delivery of nearshore marine infrastructure projects. Julian’s focus on collaboration with project owners has led to many successful projects where challenges have been overcome through alternative delivery methods.

Troy has over twenty years of experience in piling and marine construction, having started his career with Marine and Civil in 1999 and spending ten years as Austral Construction’s Marine Manager. Troy has extensive knowledge of Western Australian geotechnical conditions, through his management of numerous piling projects across the state for major mining companies and port authorities, as well as nationally in Melbourne, Adelaide and Port Kembla. He has built a reputation for developing construction methodologies that deliver innovative and successful projects, as well as value for money to clients.

Gavin is a Certified Practicing Accountant, Chartered Secretary and graduate of the Australian Institute of Corporate Directors. He has over thirty years of financial and commercial management experience in various industries including manufacturing, utilities and civil construction. In addition to his role as Chairman of Geomarine, Gavin is the Executive Chairman of the Ertech Group and holds other director roles in the Group.

Troy has over twenty years of experience in piling and marine construction, having started his career with Marine and Civil in 1999 and spending ten years as Austral Construction’s Marine Manager. Troy has extensive knowledge of Western Australian geotechnical conditions, through his management of numerous piling projects across the WA for major mining companies and port authorities, as well as nationally. He has built a reputation for implementing innovative methods of construction to provide value for money outcomes for clients.

A qualified Civil Engineer, James has over 25 years industry experience in the UK and Australia. James is committed to enhancing the lives of everybody who works with the Ertech Group, and is responsible for providing strategic, financial and operational leadership. As the CEO since 2008, James has overseen the Group's sound business performance, expansion and diversification. James completed Harvard Business School's Owner/President's Management Program in 2018.

Civil Engineer Jim founded Ertech in 1981 and performed a key role in leading the expansion and diversification of the Ertech group. Jim remains is a Non-Executive Director of Geomarine and holds other Director roles in the group. Jim was awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Engineering from University of Western Australia in 2017 for his valuable contribution to the industry.
